Working full-time as a developer. The work I do well, the work that pays the rent — and the runway I'm building my way out of.
Building
Evenings and weekends:
- MaideRoute — scheduling and route optimisation for cleaning crews
- PlanMyDay — AI-powered daily planning assistant
- ADHDnovelist — a writing tool built for ADHD brains
Current focus
MaideRoute. Onboarding real cleaning teams and watching what breaks at the edge.
Goal
Enough recurring revenue to go part-time within 12 months. Then full indie at 60+.
Stack
Rails. PostgreSQL. Hotwire. Tailwind. Claude as co-founder.
