On the Signature scanning side, I have a Windows Mobile compatible Signature Capture component ( see www.Bennet-Tec.com/btProducts/WebSignature ) which may be of interest. The developer who built this has been a full time member of our team for over 15 years now and is available for off-site projects. On-Site work might be possible but there could be Visa issues.

Let me know if you are interested.
